Do you offer airport shuttle service?
We don’t offer airport shuttles, but convenient public and private options – such as Speedy Shuttle – are available at the airport. Our front desk team is happy to help with directions or booking tips.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes. Parking is available in the same building, though overnight parking is not permitted. For overnight stays, we recommend the Waikiki Parking Garage next door at 333 Seaside Ave.
Can you store our bags?
Absolutely! If you arrive early or have time after check-out, we’re happy to store your bags for $10 per item.
Is there free Wi-Fi?
Of course! Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The password is provided at check-in.
Can I shower after check-out?
Yes and many guests do! Shower and lounge access are available for $25 per hour, ideal for refreshing before a late flight. 2 days before the check-in date: 100% charge

Day-use reservations: 100% charge (same-day/no-show)
Cancellation deadlines are calculated based on 12:00 AM (midnight) Hawaii Standard Time (HST). Cancellations made after midnight on each deadline day will fall into the next penalty tier.
